Healthy Recipes One of the most healthy recipes  is porridge a la Manado or Tinituan, open to all ages, can be an excellent food recipe for dinner or lunch can be one of: the fasting recipes , a vegan  recipes   or a vegetarian   recipe s  (using: the version I  of sauce with chili or without chili) and without sauce can be very well a recipe for babies from 6 months up.
